Pick up the quest at the same location as the previous one (530, 622). Talk to Guard Seven (511, 654). Kill Lyncean Hunters (499, 648) to retrieve the Lost Package. Turn it in to Lola the Explorer (533, 621). Talk to Guard Seven again for the title. [Recovery Squad] (eva +6)
